How And Why We Collect Information

We collect information, mainly from our short survey on the contact form, in order to see what content people are most interested in so that we may provide them with more of that kind of content. Information we may store includes email address and name. But we can only obtain these things when you willingly give them to us. As you know, however, you can do many things on our site without your providing us with any of your personal information at all.

When you do give us your email address we will automatically subscribe you to any emails we might later send out with updates to the content of the web site. In order to opt out of these emails you only have to hit the unsubscribe button at the bottom of every email and follow the prompts.

This information will never be shared with anyone.  In tracking the movement of those who interact with our site our technology services provider may use “cookies” to access the information. A cookie is a small amount of data that is transferred to your browser by a web server and can only read by the server that gave it to you. It is like an identification card that contains your preferences. It does not contain any viruses and your browser is usually set to automatically accept these cookies. You can set your browser to alert you when cookies are used.
